A consistent identity, from the catalogue to social media.
For Optédif Formation and Formation Professionnelle Magazine, I support content throughout its life: giving it a form, adapting it to each channel and organizing its distribution with the team.
Training catalogue
The 2026–2027 catalogue was designed with a focus on information hierarchy and page composition, while respecting Optédif’s visual identity.

Content Strategy & Planning
I designed and refined an editorial calendar to plan and track content and video posts, including long-form videos and reels, across social media.
- Strategy: monthly or quarterly planning, defining topics, formats and goals to ensure consistency; using Vista Social to schedule posts and adaptable Google Sheets calendars to visualize the strategy and track progress in real time.
- Flexibility: adjustments based on performance, trends or opportunities.
- Collaboration: sharing with creative teams to coordinate deliverables.

Adding illustrations and meta descriptions to each article on the Optédif blog.
It also means making reading on the web a better experience.

Taking a step back
What I learned.
Consistency is about more than a visual identity. It also comes from information hierarchy, adapting formats and coordinating publication. My takeaway: content becomes stronger when creation and organization move forward together.
